Associate Director

Mark Tod joined Cook Executive Recruitment Limited as an Associate Director in 2007.

He joined Cook Executive from APN News & Media, where he was Sales Development Manager from late 2004, responsible for human resources development in the sales function.

Prior to joining APN he was Practice Leader for Learning and Leadership at ANZ Banking Group, responsible for leadership development, talent management, graduate recruitment and culture change projects.

His earlier career included sales and sales management roles with Telstra New Zealand, Telecom, Walker Datavision and Unisys; and three years consulting in human resources strategy and sales and marketing management.

He has a Masters degree in Psychology from Waikato University.
