Rowen Greatbatch joined the recruitment industry in 1986 from a background in sales and marketing with a large multi-national organisation.  

As a recruiter he has had involvement with a variety of disciplines across a range of industries including Information Technology, Sales and Marketing, Finance, Distribution/Logistics, Manufacturing and Property.

Rowen has been an Associate Director of Cook Executive Recruitment since 1999.  

As a father of four boys, Rowen has had considerable involvement in rugby and cricket as both coach and administrator. He has a keen interest in politics, current affairs and the performing arts.
